At KB Kickboxing we know how stressful daily life is, but have found that our classes are an excellent way to relieve that stress. We believe that our KB lessons are a worthwhile investment for you and your colleagues.


WHAT We tailor our classes to meet your needs. Either (1) Stress busting Kickboxing class (Punching, kicking & shouting) - aerobic. or (2) SELF DEFENCE class, non-aerobic, or both. We offer a high energy session focusing on relieving stress. Kicking, punching and shouting into the air and onto focus pads. There is NO CONTACT with other people and the lesson is therefore as safe as can be. The class will also include energising breathing techniques to help relieve stress and increase oxygen flow to the muscles and brain.

If you just fancy doing a little light exercise or learning some self-defence techniques, we can arrange that for you. Or of course if you had something a little more high impact in mind, then we have some focus pads that will weather even the fiercest of fisticuffs.

If you'd like us to build a 'competition' element into the event, we can create a class similar to this, with relays incorporating self defence, partner practice, races. It can be such great fun, take a look at a corporate class here.

 Monday or Thursday evenings 6pm or 7pm.

Just a one-off class, once a week, once a month. 2 classes. YOU decide.

PRICE £15 per person per hour, minimum 10 people. Plus room hire: £50. (Minimum total £150 incl VAT + room hire).

Our instructors are insured and have over 20+ years of coaching under their belts. They all hold relevant First Aid Qualifications and are fully insured to teach. All practice is a 'touch drill' - safe, no force. There is no one-on-one contact. A perfectly low risk, safe environment, that's fun and friendly.

Our self-defence classes are designed for the everyday person. All our classes cover personal safety awareness in your daily life as well as focusing on easy to remember and effective physical self-defence techniques. You do not need to have any martial arts experience, just a willingness to learn to protect yourself.
